Maramais also known as Geukdong-Ph is a good forage for rabbits, cattle, pigs etc. Maramais grass has a high protein content of 13.9 percent. This is higher than most other forage grasses. it is a fast growing grass that produces a lot of biomass.
To plant maramais (likely referring to okra) seeds in the Philippines, prepare the land, soak the seeds overnight, plant them in slightly moist soil, and cover them lightly with soil.
