SUGGESTED USAGE:

Baking: ½ tsp per cup of flour Bread Baking: ½ tsp or ¾ tsp per cup of gluten-free flour Smoothies, Dressings, Sauces: Start with 1/4 tsp per cup of liquid and increase until desired.
