As for now kse diet ako i will post an update if bumaba kilo ko while consuming this shirataki. Naumay na kase ako sa salad so switch muna ako dto. And mas makakatipid ako sa shirataki instead of buying veggies for salad like lettuce & cucumbers since naka low carb diet ako.
