Product description
Made from the fibers of the Japanese konjac plant, The Healthy Basket Shirataki is a low-calorie noodle-alternative. This “miracle rice” is high in viscous fiber, but low in sugar carbohydrates, and calories - making it the perfect substitute to rice. It’s easy to prepare and can be used in many dishes.
Directions for WET: Rinse under running water for 1 min. Pour in a dry skillet and stir for a few minutes on medium to low heat. Once most of the water has evaporated, add seasoning as desired. Cook for a few more minutes then serve.
Ingredients for WET: Water, Konjac powder, Calcium hydroxide
Storage: Store at room temperature or refrigerate. Keep away from direct sunlight. Store in a sealed container, refrigerate, and consume within 7 days after opening.
Directions for DRY: To prepare, cook just like regular rice with 1:1 grain-to-water ratio. Note that The Healthy Basket Dry Shirataki Rice will expand 4-5 times when cooked.
Ingredients for DRY: Tapioca starch, Konjac powder, Calcium carbonate, Calcium hydrate, Citric acidStore at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
