Safe dumating yung product, 2nd order ko na sa shop na to, must try rin yung matcha powder nila. Been using chia seeds for 2 weeks now napansin ko na medyo matagal ako magutom. Idk if same experience/effect rin sa ibang nakagamit na ng chia seeds.
