HOW TO USE:
There are numerous ways how to enjoy (TGT)
Organic Chia Seeds! It's flavorless when mixed with any
drinks and only adds a slight crunch to any dish.
Sprinkle it onto salads and cereals, mix into sauces
or bread batter.
They can also be made into dessert puddings, blended
into smoothies, or oatmeal. For your lemon chia drink,
simply mix a teaspoon of (TGT) Chia Seeds in a glass
of water and wait for 5 to 10 minutes until chia seeds
become gel-like. Add some lemon extract and honey
to complete your detox drink!
HOW TO STORE:
Once opened, transfer to airtight container and store
in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Leftover soaked Chia Seeds must be consumed immediately.
