Its vacuum sealed and i safely received them. Its chewy and di nakakaguilty kainin while lessening your carbs eating rice. Mabigat sa tyan and busog pko kinabukasan if took it for dinner. I will order again soon since the grain quality is superb and paramount. 🫰😘
