This “miracle rice” is high in viscous fiber, but low in sugar carbohydrates, and calories - making it the perfect substitute to rice. It’s easy to prepare and can be used in many dishes.

Directions: To prepare, cook just like regular rice with 1:1 grain-to-water ratio. Note that The Healthy Basket Dry Shirataki Rice will expand 4-5 times when cooked.

Directions for Wet: Rinse under running water for 1 min. Pour in a dry skillet and stir for a few minutes on medium to low heat. Once most of the water has evaporated, add seasoning as desired. Cook for a few more minutes then serve.
