Wow rice.. Very good for diabetic.. Very low in carbs.. Quit expensive lng.. But big help for us to enjoy Rice. Just add pandan leaves or flavoring (1 cup measuring rice) .. Will buy again.. Happy☺️

•SHIRATAKI DRY RICE Also known as konjac rice on konnyaku rice is a perfect rice alternative to traditional rice made from konjac yam (Amorphopallus Konjac) plant. The yam is ground into a flour and mixed with water to form a gelatinous substance that is shaped into a rice-like grains. konjac rice is popoular in Asian cuisine, especially in dishes where a low-calorie, low-carb or gluten free alternative to regular rice is desired.
•3 ways to prepare;
--Pour the shirataki rice into a bowl, add boiling water in a 1:1 ratio, cover and let it sit for 10-15mins
note: The amount of water may be adjusted to your preference.
--Microwave for 4minns. 1cup rice with 1cup water.
--Cook as regular rice in a stove or rice cooker.
