This original pancake mix gives great results a good rise and not-too-sweet pancakes! If you keep the pancakes on the pan long enough over medium heat and a little butter, the edges will crust up beautifully.
Pancake batter/mixed contains milk, sugar, flour, and baking powder. You can also include eggs and vanilla or additional dry ingredients, such as chocolate chips or blueberries to make specially-flavored pancake.
