Features:
• Yield delicious, fluffy n’ tasty hotcakes

Preparation:
1. Beat egg slightly in a bowl
2. Add oil, water and hotcake mix
3. Stir just until slightly lumpy
4. Pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup butter onto a pre-heated, slightly greased griddle or pan
5. Cook until bubbly
6. Turn to cook the other side
7. Serve with Maple syrup
