Also known as glucomannan/Konnyaku. Low carb and keto friendly noodles/rice.
1. Rinse and drain the noodles/rice in a running water for about 2 minutes.
2. Cook in a boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes (optional: May add salt in the water).
3. Drain and pan fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until becomes firmer.
4. Add your preferred seasonings/prepared sauce and enjoy!
Refrigerate after opening. Do not freeze.
Konyaku (also known as konjac or konnyaku) is a traditional Japanese food and made from the Konyaku root vegetables. It is a convenient and healthy carbohydrate replacement, low in calories, gluten free and vegan/vegetarian. It absorbs those flavours from the food cooked with it, making it taste delicious!
It can be used as a healthy alternative to any pasta, stir fry noodles or soup noodles. You can also put it in any soups or make some dessert.
