The product is not pure shirataki rice.. as long as i received it i did an iodine test to check for starches.. the iodine turned blue.. so it means hindi sya pure gaya ng claim ng shop na to. Pure shirataki have no starches at all. Meaning hinaluan sya ng flour.. not recommended for keto/lowcarb 😏

Shirataki Dry Rice is made from konjac plant(Amorphophalus konjac) known for for its
glucomannan fiber content. It's a low calorie, low carb alternative to traditional rice.
3 ways to prepare;
--Pour the shirataki rice into a bowl, add boiling water in a 1:1 ratio, cover and let it sit for10-15mins
note: The amount of water may be adjusted to your preference.
--Microwave for 4minns. 1cup rice with 1cup water.
