Psyllium Husk is a bulk-forming dietary fiber containing both soluble and insoluble fiber which naturally forms a gel when combined with liquids, assisting in maintaining optimum digestion and gut health.
HOW TO ENJOY: Mix 1 teaspoon with 350mL or a full glass of water. Drink immediately. Eating this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take if you have difficulty in swallowing.
Note: It will not fully dissolve but can be blended well. This may tend to have lumps, compared to the whole.
