1. Baking - can be used in all baked goods.
2. Cooking - a few amount is mixed with meats to act as tenderizer. This is known as velveting.
3. Alkaline drink - can be taken with water orally to reduce acidity.
4. Fruit and vegetable wash - put small amount in a basin of water then soak produce for 15 minutes to remove pesticides and diret.
5. Natural cleaning scrub - use this on its own or mix with vinegar and essential oils to scrub surface areas such as tiles.
6. Pot and pan cleaner - acts as natural and non-abrasive cleaner
7. Teeth whitener - mix with toothpaste or with water and brush teeth as usual
8. Treat mild nail infections and fungus - dilute with water to create a soak
9. Laundry - mix with laundry detergent to deodorize and remove stains on clothes.
10. Deodorizer - Place in areas such as refrigerator where there are odors. Baking soda will absorb odors.
