SHELF LIFE 4 MONTHS
Preparation Guide:
1. Boil 8 liters of water in a stockpot. Once boiling, gradually add contents of 1kg pack of inJoy Tapioca Pearls. Cover and allow boiling in medium fire for 35-40 minutes.
2. Turn off heat and set for 30 minutes. Don't remove the cover.
3. Strain and rinse with running water preferable cold water.
4. For the syrup, dissolve 1/2 kg of brown sugar in 1/2 kg water and allow mixture to boil. Remove from heat and then add to the cooked inJoy Tapioca Pearls!
