Taho Mix (SOYBEAN CURD) Preparation:
1. In a large pot, dissolve instant taho powder mix (soybean curd) in 2000ml water.
2. Bring to a full boil over high heat while stirring.
3.Lower the heat once the full boiling point is achieved. Let is simmer and stir constantly for 3-4 minutes.
4.Remove the mixture from the heat.
5.Immediately add the coagulant in the mixture while continous stirring for 10-15seconds.
6.Pour the mixture into a container. Remove the bubbles, cover with lid or aluminum foil.
7.Let it cool for 40-50 minutes.
