• Combine 1 pack of Miguelitos Instant Puto Bumbong Mix with 1 cup water and mix.
•Add another 1/4 cup of water to the mixture and continue mixing until it becomes firm.
•Rest dough for at least 1 hour and grate to achieve coarse powder texture.
•Grease bamboo steamer with margarine and fill
•Apply margarine then top with shredded coconut.
•Serve with muscovado sugar.
