Bibingka Premix 500 grams by Miguelitos

Miguelitos Bibingka Premix is a type of baked rice cake from Indonesia and Philippines. It is usually eaten for breakfast, especially during the christmas season.

6 months shelf life.

STORAGE CONDITION

Store in a cool dry place (15°C-30°C) away from direct sunlight, high temperature, moisture, foreign odor and other contaminants.

PROCEDURE

 Preheat oven toaster for atleast 4-5 minutes. Prepare ensaymada molders lined with banana leaf or parchment paper.

 Combine Miguelitos Instant Bibingka Premix, 2 cups water, 1 cup sugar, 4 medium-sized eggs and 1/2 cup melted butter in a bowl, and mix until smooth.

 Pour into molders about ¾ full. Top with sliced cheese and salted duck egg.

 Bake for 5 minutes then cover with foil.

 Bake for another 10 minutes until done.

 Brush surface with butter or margarine. Sprinkle sugar and top with grated coconut.

 Serve hot and enjoy!
