EASY CHIA SOAKING RATIO:
2 tablespoons The Superfood Grocer Chia Seeds
1 cup water
*Leave to soak in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to overnight. Feel free to scoop chia seeds and add to your water, buko juice, chocolate milk, juice, and beverages. For a thicker pudding, use 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) of chia seeds with 1 cup (237ml) of water.
