Product tastes just like rice and kept me full for a long period of time. However, price is expensive vs. other options online that tastes the same. I was also promised priority shipping during live but delivery still took long.

HOW TO PREPARE
Add an equal amount of hot water to uncooked shirataki rice at a 1:1 ratio. (e.g. 1/2 cup of hot water for every 1/2 cup or 100g of uncooked shirataki rice)
Steeping Method: Cover and let it sit for 10 minutes until dry and fluffy.
Microwave Method: Cover and heat in the microwave for 3-4 minutes until dry and fluffy.
Ingredients: Rice Flour, Konjac Powder, Water, Insulin, and Yeast
