Made it with the same store's red miso paste, to intensify flavor similar to Yabu miso soup consistency make it 2 tsp dashi and 1.5 tbsp miso to 1 cup water ratio. Kudos because I've been recommending this store to friends because they loved my miso!

Dashi most commonly utilizes a combination of kombu (kelp seaweed) and katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes), but other ingredients used to make dashi are shiitake mushrooms and niboshi (small dried fish). Dashi making has evolved over a long period of time.
How to use: Simply sprinkle dashi powder over the food while cooking or add to the water to make instant dashi.
