Application: Used in spice blends for meat rubs and marinades; commonly in whole baked hams. Whole cloves are used to impart flavor and they're typically removed before serving. Goes well with all spice, five spice, garam masala, cinnamon, nutmeg, star anise and peppercorns.

 

Storage condition: Best kept in an airtight containers or Glass jars with tight fitting lids. Keep away from direct sunlight.
