PRODUCT PREPARATION PROCEDURE:
1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve 1 pack of Miguelitos Corndog Batter Mix in 1 and 1/2 cup of chilled water.
2. Mix well then transfer to a tall glass.
3. Dip the skewered jumbo-sized hotdog (make sure it's pat dry) in the batter mix allowing it to coat fully.
4. Roll your coated hotdogs in bread crumbs or cut potato fries if desired.
5. Deep fry corndogs in 180 degree Celsius until color turns dark golden brown.
6. Serve when ready and enjoy!
STORAGE CONDITION:
Store in cool dry place (15°C-30°C) away from direct sunlight, high temperature, moisture, foreign odor and other contaminants.
