PUTO PREMIX 500g

For every pack of Miguelitos Instant Puto Premix, prepare: ½ cup and 2 tablespoons of Vegetable oil, 1 cup and 4 tablespoons of white sugar, and 2 ½ cups of water.Mix all dry and wet ingredients, until mixture becomes smooth.Line and grease molders in steamer.Pour mixture into molders and add desired toppings.Steam in boiling water for 10-25 minutes (depending on molder size).Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the molder.Serve and enjoy.SERVING SIZE(Makes 50 Servings)
