USAGE:

1. Oral - Epsom salt is an effective natural way to help with constipation.

Dissolve a tablespoon of magnesium sulfate(EPSOM SALT) in a glass of warm water and drink. Best to use this treatment in the morning and on a day off from work, because you wait a few visits to the toilet.

2. Topical - epsom salt is a remedy that can ease muscle pain and help to fade bruising.

Add 2 cups of Epsom Salts to warm water in a standard-sized bathtub. For larger tubs, such as garden tubs double the amount of Epsom Salt used. Bath atleast three times a week for best result , soaking for at least 12 minutes at a time.
