*A cup of magnesium chloride flakes offers approximately 15g of magnesium absorption.
Recipe in making magnesium oil spray:
1:1 ratio
1cup flakes
1cup distilled water
Use double boiler to warm the water(DO NOT BOIL SO YOU WONT RUIN THE STRUCTURE OF WATER WITH HEAT). Remove beaker from the pot then gradually add the flakes. Stir gently to avoid spilling. Let it cool down and wait till the mixture is clear as a regular bottle before bottling.
