Borax is the least concentrated sodium borate product, because it has the most bound water (10 molecules). It is found in detergents, and personal care products. It is used to make glass, ceramics, and insulation. It is a flux in metal recovery, wire drawing and refractories. It is also a corrosion inhibitor in automotive antifreeze, and a preservative in casein-based adhesives.

How to use as pest control?
•Powder form - sprinkle in affected areas.
•Paste form - mix borax with sugar and flour and little amount of water to create a paste into a ball. Then place it in areas where the pest normally resides.
•Spray or liquid form - dissolve the powder fully before placing it in spray container to avoid blockage. Spray in affected or infested area.
