“PANTAI” Cantonese Suki Sauce is superb for Sukiyaki (boiled meat and vegetable soup). It is enriched with the aromatic flavor of sesame seeds and soy sauce.

½ Pot Beef or Chicken Stock
Pantai Cantonese Suki Sauce
1. Wash the meats and vegetables, ready to cook. Soak bean thread in cold water for 10-15 minutes.
2. Boil all meats and vegetables for a few minutes in beef or chicken stock.
3. Beat an egg thoroughly and put in boiling soup until done and add bean thread. Pour the soup in to a bowl and serve with Pantai Cantonese Suki Sauce as dipping.
