“PANTAI” Red Curry Paste is a mixture of special dried red chilies and spices that makes curry spicy and delicious.
Shallot, Garlic, Dried Red Chili (19%), Lemongrass, Salt, Galangal, Kaffir Lime Peel, Cumin, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid: E330)

(Serving Size: 2-3 Persons)
3 tbsps Red Curry Paste “Pantainorasingh Brand”
1 ¾ Cup Coconut Milk “Pantainorasingh Brand” (approx 2 can x 400ml)
½ tsp. Fish Sauce “Pantainorasingh Brand”
1-2 Kaffir Lime Leaves (Chopped)
2 Red / Yellow Chili (Sliced)
1 stem Sweet Basil Leaves
2-3 Thai Eggplant (Quartered)
1. Heat cooking oil in frying pan. Add the RED Curry Paste and fry till fragrant. Slowly add ¾ cups of Coconut Milk and fry till fragrant.
2. Mix 1 cup of Coconut Milk with water and stir well. Add the mixture into the frying pan. Add Chicken, Thai eggplant and Kaffir lime leaves.
3. Season with Fish Sauce and Palm Sugar. Let boil and add Red/Yellow Chili and Kaffir lime leaves.
4. Stir well and serve hot
