Gỏi cuốn, Vietnamese spring roll, fresh spring roll, spring roll, or rice paper roll, is a Vietnamese dish traditionally consisting of pork, prawn, vegetables, bún (Rice Vermicelli), and other ingredients wrapped in a Vietnamese bánh tráng (commonly known as rice paper or cold roll).
From wrapping fresh vegetables, such as cucumber and carrots, to making spring rolls, to wrapping fish or chicken for steaming; rice paper can also be used to make dumplings, samosas, and other delicious snacks. Rice paper can also be used to make wraps for sandwiches and burritos.
