Our specialty rice was nurtured and harvested by farmers around Pangasinan. The rice are open-pollinated variety, hence, the grains can be planted over and over again by our partner-farmers. Our specialty rice IS NOT GLUTINOUS. By nature's design, all grains are GLUTEN-FREE, including our black rice. Black rice is rich in fiber, anthocyanins, and antioxidants This is a Better rice alternative for diabetics and health conscious individuals Our black rice is available in 1KG, 2KG, 4KG, and 5KG packaging. We mill our UNPOLISHED rice in a non-commercial ricemill. This enables us to mill small volume of palay, around 8 to 10 cavans every week. This ensures that our rice are always freshly milled. The only downside in having our palay milled in a non-commercial ricemill is that there are no machines that can remove/separate the naturally occuring white grains from the black rice/purple rice/red rice palay. There are also no machines to segregate broken grains from whole grains. Hence, our black rice, purple rice and red rice contains a few unpolished white rice and broken grains. The prices that we offer for our speciaslty rice in all of our listings are already wholesale prices. This provides YOU an opportunity to avail these at a very affordable cost. Maari nyo itong ilipat sa vacuum sealed bags para tumagal ang shelf life ng at least 6 months to one year. ● CONSUMPTION Kapag unang beses na magconsume ng pigmented rice, maaring ihalo muna ito sa nakagawian ninyong white rice para hindi kayo mabigla. Simulan muna sa 25% pigmented rice, at dahan dahang dagdagan ang proportion ng pigmented rice sa white rice, hanggang sa 100% pigmented rice na ang kino consume.
