Our CaroSa spiced vinegar is a special homemade blend of Carolina Reaper - the hottest chili in the world, and sukang sasa - a traditional Filipino vinegar made from the sap of the nipa palm. We source the chilis from our small farm in Batangas and the vinegar from nipa farmers in Quezon. Our unique blend also includes native onions, garlic, and black pepper, giving it a deliciously flavorful taste. The ingredients used are all-natural, with no added preservatives or flavorings.
You can have our Carosa vinegar in 150ml bottles.
