Fiesta Coconut Milk Powder Recipe
“Chicken Adobo sa Gata”
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp Fiesta Romantika Coconut  Cooking Oil
• 800g chicken
• 8 cloves of garlic, crushed
• 6 bay leaves
• 2 tsp whole black peppercorns
• 1⁄2 cup vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
• 1 cup Fiesta Coconut Milk Powder
• 1.5 tbsp brown sugar
• Optional: Chicken bouillon cube
Product Introduction of Fiesta Coconut Milk Powder 40g - Pack of 6 33
Preparation:
1. In a big pot, heat oil. Add in chicken and fry for about 2-3 minutes.
2. Pour in soy sauce and vinegar and bring to a simmer.
3. Add in Fiesta coconut milk garlic, bay leaves and peppercorns.
4. Simmer until chicken is tender, about 20-25 minutes.
5. Add in chicken cube and brown sugar.
6. Cook until sauce reduces to desired thickness. Serve hot.
