“Crispy Fried  Chicken”

Ingredients

• 2 cups of Flour

• 3 Eggs

• 1 Tbsp Salt

• 2 tsp Pepper

• 1 tsp Garlic Powder

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs. To make seasoned salt, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in another bowl. Add the flour to a third bowl.

2. To prepare the chicken, first season each piece with the seasoned salt to taste. Then, dip each piece in the egg and drag through the flour until thoroughly coated.

3. Heat half of the oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 350°F. Fry the chicken parts until they are golden brown and crisp. The thighs and legs will take about 15 minutes longer to cook than the breast and wings, which will take about 10 minutes.
