Fiesta Tropicale Coconut Cream Recipe
โChicken Curryโ
Ingredients:
โข 500g Chicken cut ups
โข 25g or 1 pc medium size onion
โข 10g or 3 cloves garlic
โข 5g ginger
โข 2 cups water
โข 130g or 1 pc medium size carrot
โข 160g or 2 pcs medium size potato
โข 10g or 2 tbsp. curry powder
โข salt and pepper
โข 1 pack of Fiesta Coconut Cream
โข Fiesta Romantika Coconut cooking Oilย
Procedure:
1. First, prepare all the ingredients needed as cited above
2. Fry the carrots and potatoes until the edges are lightly browned. Then, remove from the pan.
3. In separate pan, pour some oil and saute the garlic and onion
4. Cook the chicken in the pan and add some spices; salt, pepper and curry powder.
5. Add 1 pack of FIESTA COCONUT cream and wait at least 15mins until oil is rendering.
6. Serve and enjoy!
