Fiesta Tropicale Coconut Cream Recipe
“Chicken Curry”
Ingredients:
• 500g Chicken cut ups
• 25g or 1 pc medium size onion
• 10g or 3 cloves garlic
• 5g ginger
• 2 cups water
• 130g or 1 pc medium size carrot
• 160g or 2 pcs medium size potato
• 10g or 2 tbsp. curry powder
• salt and pepper
• 1 pack of Fiesta Coconut Cream
• Fiesta Romantika Coconut cooking Oil
Procedure:
1. First, prepare all the ingredients needed as cited above
2. Fry the carrots and potatoes until the edges are lightly browned. Then, remove from the pan.
3. In separate pan, pour some oil and saute the garlic and onion
4. Cook the chicken in the pan and add some spices; salt, pepper and curry powder.
5. Add 1 pack of FIESTA COCONUT cream and wait at least 15mins until oil is rendering.
6. Serve and enjoy!
