For non refrigerated instant whipping crème, icing for cakes; topping for fruit dessert & coffee drink; stabilizer for cream cheese, butter icing, and non-dairy whipping creams in Tetra Pak
STORAGE / SHELF LIFE: 8 months under recommended storage conditions in the original unopened pack. Store in a cool dry place away from direct heat & light.Keep refrigerated after opening.

Instructions:
1. Whip contents at medium speed for two (2) minutes.
2. Add 400-500g of milk or water gradually while whipping at low speed. Once the milk or water binds to the mixture gradually increase speed to medium and continue whipping for two (2) minutes.
3. Whip at high speed for another one (1) minute.
