1st time buying Issy & co products. I’ve been watching a lot of reviews too so I gave it a try. They say it’s good for dry-skin like me.
This illuminator is sooo lightweight and I like the rosy effect of Halo. It’s not giving exaggerated look as well. Love it!

I like that this doesn’t contain big glitters. Although I do not recommend to use as a highlighter since the product tends to scatter unless you set it immediately with a setting spray.

WHAT IT IS:
A versatile luminizer that can be used in a number of ways to achieve the right amount of glow.
WHAT IT DOES:
This non-greasy and non-sticky illuminator instantly brightens the skin with ultra-fine pearls and soft-focus pigments. Adaptable in its application, the lightweight formula can give an understated radiance when worn on its own, deliver a lit-from-within glow when used as a primer, provide additional luminosity when mixed with foundation or tinted moisturizer, and bring light to the high points of the face when applied as a regular highlighter.
HOW TO USE:
To use as a standalone product on the face or on any part of the body, dispense the appropriate amount onto fingers and then blend with a brush or fingertips.
To use as a glowy primer, apply all over the face before putting on foundation.
To use as an illuminating mixer, add 1-5 drops to a liquid cosmetic product and then mix evenly. Apply the mixture as one would normally apply the chosen product.
To use as a soft highlighter, dab on the high points of the face after base makeup application. Pat in on the skin using fingers.
PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS:
GLYCERIN, which is known for helping the skin retain moisture, functions as a skin-restoring ingredient.
MICRO-FINE PEARLESCENT PIGMENTS help reflect light while blurring small imperfections without the glittery effect and gritty texture.
