Haven’t tried the product yet but the packaging is good and sealed properly i even has a note that says handle with care. I just feel bad because i expected it to come with oil control sheet because that the reason i bought the primer as well to have 2 sheets but i dint come with control sheets :(

Formulated to prevent eye makeup from slipping, fading and creasing, this primer is key to a smooth, long-lasting eye makeup look. The airy consistency blends easily to create an even canvas to paint on and makes color appear more vibrant when applied under eyeshadow.
HOW TO USE:
Use the applicator to dab a tiny amount of primer on the eyelids, inner corners and under-eye area. Blend well with fingertips. Wait for the formula to dry before applying cream or powder products.
