WHAT IT DOES:
Packed with intense pigments, this lipstick saturates with bold color in one smooth application. The formula dresses the lips with a familiar pigment-locking sensation, delivering a matte finish that can be worn for hours.
HOW TO USE:
Apply to the upper lip from the center moving outwards, using the tip to give definition to the Cupidโs bow. To fill the lower lip, use the flat surface of the lipstick.
To get just a subtle hint of color, use fingers to apply the lipstick in a blotting motion.
