Our Low GI Premium Red Rice is a type of whole grain rice that is known for its reddish-brown color and nutty flavor. It is a common staple food in several countries, including Nepal, Bhutan, and parts of India and China.
Premium Red Rice is sourced locally. Available in 500g, 1kg, and 5kg. The ideal ratio of rice to water when cooking red rice is 1:1 1/4. For clarity, 1 cup of black rice = 1 and 1/4 cups of water.
