10/10 ang shiratake rice, pero sana maayos din ang pag pack ni seller, muntikan na magkabutas ang pack, ilang butil din ang natapon. Pakiayos po..1st order ko maayos walang damage ang pack, itong 2nd order ko may damages na ang pack, sana ayusin sa susunod at double check palagi.

Facts About Konjac Rice

Shirataki rice changes its texture when frozen, so do not freeze products made from Shirataki!
How to prepare Miracle Rice before cooking
When you first open a package of Shirataki rice, you will smell an unpleasant odor, similar to that of Miracle Noodles. The best way to remove the odor is to rinse it under running water for a few minutes.
Making Shirataki Rice
Drain the Shirataki rice in a colander and rinse under running water for about a minute.
Pour into a dry pan and stir over medium-low heat for a few minutes.
Watch carefully to make sure it doesn't burn.
For best results, do not add water or oil until dry.
Once most of the water has evaporated, add the olive oil, black pepper and salt.
Mix the ingredients together and cook for a few more minutes.
