•Weight: approximately 1 kilo
•Used for a variety of other applications: fertiliser, mineral supplement for animals, wastewater treatment, wallboard, artificial seawater, feed supplement, textiles, paper, fireproofing agents, cements and refrigeration brine.
•Used to supplement your dietary intake of magnesium. While it doesn't "treat" conditions per se, it can help overcome magnesium deficiency and, by doing so, improve or restore certain physiological functions.
•DO A PATCH TEST before using Magnesium Chloride on your skin. If it causes irritation, do not use it.
How to Make Magnesium Oil Using Magnesium Chloride
•1/2 cup filtered water
•1/2 cup magnesium chloride flakes
•Spray bottle (preferably glass)
•Bring water to a boil in a non-aluminum saucepan / non-reactive pan.
•Once water has reached to a boil, transfer to a non-reactive bowl (glass) and add the magnesium chloride flakes. Stir until dissolved.
•Cover to prevent evaporation.
•Allow the mixture to cool then pour into your spray bottle.
•Spray Magnesium Oil to the skin surface, allowing the body to absorb as much magnesium as it may require.
•Unlike oral magnesium supplements, magnesium topically applied directly on skin can rapidly and effectively raise tissue and cellular levels of magnesium
