Was told by the live sellers that this facial wash was a B1T1 promo. We made sure during the live stream that it was B1T1 since it didn’t say so in the product link. The live sellers said YES. If we check out 1, we’ll get 2. But it was a lie and when I messaged them they didn’t do anything to fix it

I had availed the b1t1 promo they did on the cleansers and bought each of them and I had only received one from them! Napaka misleading ng information nyo! And also bad customer service imbes na mag hingi ng side ng customer ikaw pa yung sisisihin sa miscommunication nila.
