It was said on their tiktok live that it was b1t1, I CHECK OUT DURING LIVE, it was on sale and has a b1t1 promo so I am expecting to receive 2 products only to receive 1, so disappointed. I hope you coordinate well with your staff especially the ones doing live and donโt mislead your customers.

Was told by the live sellers that this facial wash was a B1T1 promo. We made sure during the live stream that it was B1T1 since it didnโt say so in the product link. The live sellers said YES. If we check out 1, weโll get 2. But it was a lie and when I messaged them they didnโt do anything to fix it

I had availed the b1t1 promo they did on the cleansers and bought each of them and I had only received one from them! Napaka misleading ng information nyo! And also bad customer service imbes na mag hingi ng side ng customer ikaw pa yung sisisihin sa miscommunication nila.
