The product doesn't have strong taste. It can be mixed with your breakfast (i.e cereal/toasts). I'm on my 7th day of taking bee pollen, so far i felt more energized. I barely feel sleepy during afternoons. Also, I notice that my pimples flatten easily especially those cystic pimples.
