Hobe Canton Recipe

• Ingredients

 -1 pack of 227g Hobe Canton

 -1 pcs Chinese Style Sausage, sliced

 -1 small onion, sliced

 -1 tsp minced garlic

 -8 pcs medium shrimp

 -12 pcs snap peas or snow peas

 -3/4 cups carrots

 -1 head small cabbage, chopped

 -1 1/2 cups broth

 -1 tbsp oyster sauce

 -3 tbsp soy sauce

 -3/4 cup water

 -1/2 cup parsley, chopped

 -3 tbsp cooking oil

 -Salt and pepper to taste

• Cooking Instructions

 1. Boil 12 cups of water in a cooking pot. Cook noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes

 2. Stir occasionally. Drain and rinse with tap water.
