Ingredients

• Cornstarch 

• Water

Cooking Instructions

• For Bihon Guisado

1. Sauté spices, meat and vegetables

2. Add 10 cups of water for every 16oz Hobe Golden Bihon in pan and let it boil

3. Add Hobe Golden Bihon. Stir until loose and cook for 3 minutes and Hobe Golden Bihon is ready for serving.

• For Soup

1. Boil 10 cups of soup stock for every 227g / 8oz Hobe Golden Bihon in a pot. Add spices and condiments. Let it boil

2. Add Hobe Golden Bihon in pot and cook for 3 minutes and Hobe Golden Bihon Soup is ready for serving.
