How to choose DALY BMS:

The type of BMS must be consistent with the type of battery pack.

Li-ion Rated voltage 3.7V

(Over charge voltage 4.25V,Over discharge voltage 2.7V).

LifePO4 Rated voltage 3.2V

(Over charge voltage 3.75V,Over discharge voltage 2.2V).

Wrong choice consequences:Burning BMS and battery. Not fully charged, not fully discharged, and the BMS is damaged.

Number of battery strings:

The number of strings of the protective board must be consistent with the number of string in the battery pack

Three strings of BMS correspond to three strings of batteries. X strings of BMS correspond to X strings of batteries.

Wrong choice consequences:Burning BMS and battery.

Continuous current selection:

Power ÷ (battery string number × excessive voltage) = Maximum output current, the selection of the protective board should be greater than the maximum output current (it is recommended to multiply by 1.5 ~ 2 times)

Take the maximum output current on the 400W power of the Li-ion 13 string batteries as an example: 400W ÷ (13 × 2.7V) = 11.39A. The actual error of the motor may reach 1.5 times, so the actual maximum output current is 11.39A × 1.5 = 17.08A, in view of the inheritance current of the protective board is greater than the output current of the battery, it is recommended to choose a 20A BMS.

Wrong choice consequences:Larger current is better and smaller current will broken the BMS.
